bus. days blanks; 10-15 bus. days custom. RUSH SERVICE: We offer several levels of rush service for custom printed order from 1-2 days, 3-5 days and 6-10 days. Contact us for additional charges. PRICING: We are a promotional products manufacturer and wholesale distributor. Our prices are among the lowest in the industry. Please note sale pricing cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Prices may change without notice. PRODUCTION: We email or fax product paper proofs at no charge unless customer agrees to waive receipt of proof. When a proof is sent order production will not proceed until a signed copy is sent back to RMG. No changes on orders already into production. Cancelled orders will be billed either partial or full production depending on the circumstances. SAMPLES: Product samples are available at no charge. Some products will incur a small charge for samples. Free samples are limited to 3 after that we charge $5 per sample. Samples are shipped via UPS ground or USPS. Expedited shipping method charges will be incurred by customer. PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES: Samples produced with customer artwork prior to production are available for $50 per design. This charge will be credited back once the product is approved for production and after receipt of order payment in full. Preproduction charges are not refundable for orders not approved for production. SHIPPING: All orders ship via UPS Ground F.O.B. Branford, CT unless otherwise specified at time order is placed. Alternative shipping methods include: FedEx and USPS. Products are packaged in bulk. Alternative packaging is available. Please contact is for applicable charges. RETURNS: No returns of merchandise after 30 days. For blanks there will be a 15% restocking fee. Custom printed items cannot be returned unless of a manufacturing error or defect. No returns accepted without return authorization from RMG. Shipping and set-up charges are not refundable. ARTWORK SET-UP FEES: All custom printed products have a one-time set-up charge. Please check with a sales person for applicable set-up charges. We do not charge set-up fees for exact reorders (artwork does not change from previous order). CUSTOM ORDER ARTWORK: Good quality black and white or color artwork is required. Acceptable file types are TIFF, JPEG, AI, EPS, PDF. All vector fonts should be outlined. Please note: raster images (TIFF and JPEG) should be at least 300 dpi. Our art department will resize artwork to fit image area. All non-camera-ready artwork requiring modification or cleaning up will incur additional charges of $25/hr (1 hr. min). PAYMENT: All orders must be prepaid by a major credit card, check or money order before production proceeds. Net 30 terms are available with an approved credit application. |
