Can I combine frame
colors for quantity price discount?
-Yes, license plate frame colors can be combined as long as
the unit price is the same for all colors.
How long will it take to receive my
order?
-Blank license plate frames ship within 1-2 business days;
Custom frames ship in 10-15 business days.
How many characters can be engraved on
custom frames?
-The fewer characters (including spaces) results in larger
type. Typically 15 on top and 25 on bottom.
What font types and styles are
available for custom engraved frames?
-We have a large library of fonts for you to choose from. Or
you can send us your own type style.
Is there a set-up charge for custom
license plate frames?
-There is no set-up charge for engraved metal frames.
One-time set-up of $40 for custom full color custom plastic
license plate frames.
Do you send artwork proofs?
-Yes, proofs are either sent via fax or email. Custom orders
do not proceed without a returned signed artwork proof.
Can I get a sample before placing an
order?
-Yes, we provide samples of all frames at a nominal charge
of $7 per frame. The sample charge is refunded once an order
is placed.
Will the license plate frame fit my
plate?
-Our frame styles are all standard and should fit most
plates. We do not make any guarantees that our frames will
fit all plates. We offer samples for testing.
What are your payment terms?
-We accept all major credit cards or checks for prepaid
orders. Custom license plate frame production does not begin
until payment is received.
Can I order license plate frames in a
custom color?
-Our anodized aluminum frames are available in custom
colors. Please provide us with a pms number. Minimum order
quantity per custom color is 500 frames.
